Founded in 2021, Mind Discovery Wellness has a growing list of partner therapists and coaches who can help you cope with most of life's challenges to allow you to - Live Happy.

We specialize in municipal/public safety hiring assessments, managing chronic pain and illness, PTSD, anxiety - including test taking anxiety and sports performance anxiety, college and career counseling, and more. We can help navigate complex issues and define a treatment plan that will get to the root of your concerns.  While we favor a pharmaceutical free approach, we know that many people respond well to medications and respect your ability to work with a medical doctor to support treatment and symptom management.

For our younger clients, we make visits fun; they quickly learn that we respect them as individuals. Our practice is restricted to children aged 8 and older, with the exception of family counseling and children who are impacted by their parents' relationship issues.
