Hiring and Promotional Assessment
A time tested tool to ensure you are hiring public safety personnel with the psychological make-up to effectively serve the community. We use a standard battery of assessments that have been proven valid and reliable. We can customize based on your hiring needs.

Fitness For Duty Evaluations
Protect your employees and your community when necessary. Our fitness for duty evaluations are available for a variety of needs from substance use to PTSD. Our evaluations include treatment recommendations and assistance in finding referrals as needed.

Counseling
Using a variety of therapeutic methods, our counseling services help public safety personnel address anxiety, PTSD, injury recovery and many other mental health concerns. In 30 or 50 minute sessions, we develop a confidential treatment plans in line with your goals.
